Automatic Renewal
If you opted for automatic renewal, then you will provide a card or PayPal authorization when subscribing. This means that our billing partner, Paddle, can automatically charge your card or your PayPal account when your renewal is due.
Payment partner
Fishbowl makes use of a Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Your payment information is not stored by Fishbowl and is securely transmitted to and processed by our SOC 2 compliant payment partner. For more information about how Paddle manages your data, please see their Privacy Policy and Security Portal. You may also refer to the Fishbowl Privacy Policy for additional information.
Billing period
You can select to pay monthly, annually or every three years. If you change your plan, interval, or number of devices during your regular billing period, then you will be pro-rated for the period until your next billing date.
Failed charges
If your payment failed, then you will receive an email with a link to update your card. We provide a 7-day grace-period where your devices will remain connected after a failed charge. After you update your card, the failed payment will be automatically retried.
