Fishbowl communicates directly with your Exchange server, whether it is on-premises or Exchange Online.
You need ensure that the tablet has internet access (Exchange Online / Office365), or is on a network that can access your Exchange server IP (on premises).
On O365, you usually need to enter the full email address when prompted for your username, e.g. [email protected]
If you managed to successfully insert your username, server URL (Exchange on-premises) and password, then this message means that the user does not have the correct privileges to access this resource.
You need to select Full Access
under Mailbox Delegation
for the applicable room resource mailbox.
It should be noted that sometimes Exchange takes a few minutes to propagate settings
Fishbowl connects directly to your calendar server. If the "Loading..." text does not disappear, it means that Fishbowl could not connect to your calendar server.
If Fishbowl was previously working, then it usually means that someone has changed the login details of the user that was used to configure Fishbowl
It could also mean that the permissions of this user has changed to no longer have Read
access to your calendars
