Error: (401) Unauthorized

This is a Microsoft error, and it means that the provided username or password is incorrect.

1. Check username

   • This is usually the room itself (e.g. [email protected]) or the full email address of the account which has write permissions to the room (e.g. [email protected]).

2. Check password

   • Passwords are case sensitive.
   • Do you have passwords that expire?
   • Did someone with access to the account reset the password or change it?

3. Check MFA

   • Did you recently enable MFA or make other changes to security settings that could have logged out the user?

To authenticate with Microsoft again, you will have to tap on the logo to open the Fishbowl menu, then tap on Setup Wizard. Follow the prompts until you reach the Microsoft login page. Sign out, then sign in again with the correct credentials.
