In the Microsoft 365 admin center, create a room mailbox for the meeting room (or use an existing one).

Connect Fishbowl to your tenant via OAuth, or register a custom app and grant it Calendars.ReadWrite on the room mailbox.

Install Fishbowl on a tablet, link it to your account with the on-screen pairing code, and select the room mailbox from the dropdown.

The display shows live availability, upcoming meetings, and lets users book, extend, end, or check in. Every action writes back to the room mailbox.
