Create calendar resources for each meeting room in the Google Workspace admin console (admin.google.com).

Choose your auth: a Service Account with domain-wide delegation (best for many rooms), or per-room OAuth (simplest for one or two rooms).

Install Fishbowl on a tablet, link it to your Fishbowl account, and select the room calendar from the dropdown.

The display shows live availability and write-back booking actions sync to Google Calendar in real time.
Compatibility
Works with all Google Workspace plans (Business Starter through Enterprise) and with Google for Education. Service Accounts require Workspace; personal Gmail accounts have a separate setup.
