Quickstart

1. Create your Fishbowl account and add licenses

  1. Sign up for free at fishbowlmeetings.com
  2. You'll receive a signup email. If you have not received the email in a few minutes, please check your spam folder, or contact us.
  3. Click on the "Create account" link in the email. Choose a password for your Fishbowl account.
  4. One license is created automatically with your account. If you need additional licenses, click on the Add trial licenses button on the Licenses page.

2. Download Fishbowl on each device

On each device, search for Fishbowl Meeting Rooms, or visit the

  1.  Android Play Store

  2.   Apple App Store

  3.   Amazon Appstore

3. Calendar/Resource Configuration

A resource or specific calendar needs to be configured for each meeting room. View the configuration instructions for your calendar provider below.

4. Set up the Fishbowl App

4.1. Android and Amazon Setup
  1. Select your calendar server type and tap Next
  2. Complete the Fishbowl setup wizard according to the prompts. You can consult Common Errors and How to Resolve Them for your specific calendar provider.
  3. When prompted, enter your Fishbowl license key or scan your QR code.
  4. Customize Fishbowl with your room name, logo, and various other settings.
  5. To change the style settings again, slide-out the app menu from the left, and select Configure Room Settings. You can also restart the wizard by selecting Reconfigure Device

4.2. iOS Setup
  1. Log in with your Fishbowl account. This is the account that you sign in with on fishbowlmeetings.com
  2. Select your calendar server type and tap Next
  3. Complete the Fishbowl setup wizard according to the prompts. You can consult Common Errors and How to Resolve Them for your specific calendar provider.
  4. Customize Fishbowl with your room name, logo, and various other settings.
  5. To change the style settings again, tap on the logo, and select Style Settings. You can also restart the wizard by selecting Reconfigure Device
