1. Free trial

When signing up to Fishbowl for the first time, you are allocated 14 days free access where you can create meeting room licenses at no cost.

2. Adding your payment details

If you would like to continue with a paid plan, please enter your credit card details by navigating to

My Account > Payment Method.

3. Payment partner

Your credit card information is not stored by Fishbowl, and is securely transmitted to and processed by our payment partner, Stripe. All data is transferred via encrypted TLS.

4. Billing period

You can select to pay monthly or annually.

If you purchase additional licenses then you will be pro-rated for the period until your next regular billing date.

You can view your next invoice by navigating to

Account > Billing > Subscription.

5. Bank transfer

If you would like to pay via bank/wire transfer, please contact us for an offline invoice and our bank details.

Please note that we only accept payment via bank transfer for annual plans. If you are paying for fewer than 10 licenses, then a $8.00 processing fee may be added to your invoice.
